Gorgeous design of interiors in suite. A view of the ocean from my window. Smooth check-in and late check-out, very, very nice staff. Good, amazing location in Rio de Janeiro, next to Rio's main beaches and centre, and the neighboring Barra Shopping and Village Mall. Also, in a local neighbourhood.

The location was remote, stunning in sterile air-conditioned shopping centres.

I ate at an AVERAGE restaurant at ground floor. The location was great - ease of access to Atiaia Spa and Fitness. The staff were cordial and nice and the wake up service, non-alcoholic beverages, and ironing were free of charge.

The staff was dirty.

It has a nice size rooms with a wraparound balcony and weights, for instance.

We had a really great stay of three nights.

The room was new-fashioned, recently refurbished, and with a soft bed. Pleasant view especially at sunset, enjoyed it.

Fairly clean property with amazingly helpful and service-oriented staff in all areas. King room with breakfast included👌

The location was nice, just 5 min walk from Atiaia Spa and Fitness. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with comfy bed and a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the bathroom.

Functional hotel, staff were particularly helpful and the location was amazing to the ocean. Truly enjoyed how the reasonably large room with the best view was arranged when we arrived. Location: the property was very close to the restaurants all served by friendly and professional staff, Rio's main beaches and centre, and Copacabana and Ipanema.

The location was magnificent and wonderful - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We was happy to find Gran Parrilla, it was just a short walk away from the hotel and served nice food.

Pity, but the beds were small.

It had remote location close to Barra Beach. The rooms were brand-new and gorgeous with balcony and big bathroom.

Big and nicely decorated hotel with a good restaurant and exceptionally helpful staff. Nice and absolutely perfect location as only 5 minutes to Atiaia Spa and Fitness. Walking distance to shopping centers and a local market across the street.

Really noisy area.

Excellent service from the staff at Grand Hyatt. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful in getting our bags to the room. The staff also assisted us in changing our room when we had an issue with humidity. The beach access provided by the hotel was a great perk. I had a great experience at Grand Hyatt and would recommend it.

Location: the hotel was really close to the Japonese restaurant which was outstsanding, and good shopping malls. The poolside restaurant offered excellent dishes, and the breakfast was sumptuous and enjoyable.

We had a really great stay during the holidays.

The room was extremely spacious and had a pleasant view of the lake. The location was particularly good, close to Barra Beach. There was an average restaurant, a market and a convenience store next door.
